Using Word Plaza

Word Plaza is aimed at adults. You may use the games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You are responsible for your device, internet access and any information you choose to submit.

Player names and leaderboards

Do not choose a player name that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, impersonates another person, infringes rights or contains personal contact information. We may hide or remove names, results or access where reasonably necessary to protect players, the service or fair play.

Fair play

Do not interfere with the website, bypass security, automate play, manipulate scores, access another player’s data or use the service in a way that harms Word Plaza or other players.

Virtual rewards

Coins, streaks, ranks and other game rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be changed or reset as the games evolve.

Availability and changes

We may update, add or remove games and features, correct puzzles, reset invalid results, or suspend the service for maintenance or security. We do not promise that Word Plaza will always be available or error-free.

Intellectual property

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Word Plaza is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis, and Zivo is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use or unavailability of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable UK law. Any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to you remain unaffected.
